ArtPartner Service Price List 2021
- Cemetery Photo Matching Service.
Each Photo-Match includes one full color rendering and vector file for your records or for cutting, etc. This service is ideal, and intended for, family duplication projects - similar to traditional 'rubbing matching'. You can use this service and order a Photo-Match, using a mobile phone, in the cemetery, if you like.
- Base Rate
$30 for a single flush, slant, or upright.
This rate assumes a good quality, adequate resolution photo, standard monument fonts and single sided (or 'match-booked' art). Matchbook (copy & flipped) art incur no extra charge. - Doubles rate
$40 for a double flush, slant, or upright.
All billing criteria same as a single. Additional lettering, and panels are accommodated for within reason.
Extra considerations
- Lower resolution, poor photo, obstructed art areas & perimiter edges in photograph areas are a main factor in incurring extra charges. If customer is aware of the photo quality issue, we'll try to proceed with a $10 extra fee. If we can not we'll provide a quote or request a better photo.
- Added art elements. If these are added from our SandBlastArt searchable library, we'll charge $10 for each art element. If not, we'll quote to meet request.
- Tight fit, extra lettering, extra person(s), panels, etc. We accomodate anything near reasonable in regards to 'fit'. If it's understood that a tight fit is required, we'll try to proceed with a $10 extra fee. If we can not we'll provide a quote before proceeding.
- Uncommon art concentration. Rarely, designs may be uncommonly, densely packed with art in need of tracing and vectorizing. In these case, we'll provide a quote before proceeding.
- Art alterations or creating a single from double or double from single, etc. We'll try to proceed with a $10 extra fee. If we can not we'll provide a quote before proceeding.
- Custom lettering match, unforeseen art issues, etc. If any work/price deviation is necessary, we'll quote before proceeding.
* Our goal is to make Photo-Match an affordable service. If there are a combination of extras we'll work to keep the pricing reasonable. As long as we have good photos to work with and specifications / text are provided in an orderly manner, we're confident we can provide an affordable solution for quality photo-match duplications.

- Monument Sandblast Stencil Cutting Service
Our cutters are your cutters. Let's get stencil on stone. We'll cut and ship stencil from work you've done on your own or work we've created together.
- Premium+ Stencil Cutting
We offer 3M 519Y stencil cut service (we provide the stencil from our stock) at $2.00 per linear inch x 29" (cut from a 30" width roll). Service includes weeding stencil.

- Instant Monument Clip Art.
Search for and download instant clip-art for your monument design software. Search from a library of stencil-ready vector memorial art, created just for sandblasting.
- All art - any size.
All of our art is available at any size. We'll craft, on demand, a sandblast ready version at any size you need. If you find it, you can use it. - It's tallied.
Each art-piece is $10, including one size change request, and is tallied with your ArtPartner subscription. These are the Art Peices (art components, elements) readily searchable and ready for instant access by our ArtPartners.

Allows designers and design teams to search for and use art immediatly. And, remember, all art is available at any size. If you find it, you can use it.

- Full Color Proofs
from your Line Art layouts.
We'll create full color photo-quality proofs made from your 'line-art' layout files.
Send us your finished line-art layouts and we'll create color proofs that get approved.
- $20 for flat marker
From the line-art layout you produce in your monument design software. - $35 for upright monuments.

Extra considerations
- line art layouts must be 'fillable', meaning the carved (blastline, etc) areas must be able to be 'filled'. Most layouts are 'fillable' anyway, but if they require vector path 'fixing' we'll have to charge for the extra attention to the file.
- renderings of processed areas beyond polished, frosted, or rock-pitched may incur additional fee. These may include shell-rock areas, etc. We will quote a price if the need arises.

We've put together an ArtPartner 'tool-kit' to help your design department and sales teams service the customer - easier, faster, better.
- Design it together.
We offer our 'Live Designer' tool, for you to sit down and create something special with your customer. Create full-color proofs together with your customers. - Bring it all together.
We understand that customers may want to make changes or add something new to their designs, after they've left your design consultation. We offer an art search tool, designed just for your customer, that allows them to coordinate art choices directly with you with art immediately available to any ArtPartner - every peice of art in our Instant Art library of designs. - Live Designer is a service we'll arrange seperately. We'll charge no fee from our end. Presently, this is a 'MonuVision' offering. We will service the designs produced on that service - via a satellite account off of our own. We're considering a few new options during the winter of 2020-2021 and may have a new offering available soon.
Art for Stone is a free service. The customer choices made using this service are all available to ArtPartners via our 'Instant Art Search' offering. (This library of designs is presently being filled (winter 2020 - 2021). We have 1000 art components loaded and plan to have 2000 monument clip-art components by spring 2021)

- Custom Monument Art
Made to order.
When your customers demand a one-of-a-kind piece of art, whether it’s from a sketch, or an old brochure - an image from the web or a new found photo, we'll help you get the art you need.
- Price? You make the call.
We do have a base rate of $15 for vector, sandblastable monument art created from images you provide - but we let our ArtPartners set the price and then detail the art component accordingly. A small component with minimal detail required may be $15 while a 48" wide farm scene may require $90 in detailing.
We use a $25/hr rate when determining pricing. Of course, that could mean many things - but we work pretty fast. We'll provide ample sample images and resulting price scenerios so that you can properly gauge your requests. We find that this really serves as a good means to progress with custom art creation. Our ArtPartners have always been happy with the value & art they recieve. - High quality, ready for sandblasting, monument art.
We don't just scan & vectorize your images. We draw each line and arc 'by hand', ensuring that your stencils blast well & look great carved in stone.
